Fantastic! I arrived in Utrecht at 10 p.m. with a dead battery. These guys helped me get back on the road. That's what I call excellent service! I'll definitely check out their used cars.

Honest company! I was helped immediately, without any sales talk or anything like that. Honest company. Bought a Tiguan for a reasonable price, and it got a new MOT and a service right away. I'll definitely go there again.

An honest and respectable company, where quality and service are paramount. After a breakdown abroad, the car arrived in the Netherlands and was delivered to Kooistra Auto's, and was quickly repaired, so I wasn't without it for long. It was ready four days later, and I could pick it up. It turned out they also had to pick up a car near my house. They put your car on the trailer and took it away so you don't have to come to us. Now that's service! If I ever buy another car, I'll definitely get it from Kooistra Auto's. Top-notch company!

We bought a new car from Kooistra and had a breakdown while on the road. The company was incredibly helpful. We were picked up within half an hour, and the problem was repaired free of charge. In these expensive times, it's hard to find a company as accommodating as Kooistra. Many thanks for all the excellent service. Went here to look at a Renault Clio for a family member. It was a relief to see that the cars at Kooistra are all beautifully polished on the lot. They're all neat used cars, too. We saw a different story today... During the first test drive, the engine occasionally hesitated. After mentioning this, they immediately looked at it and it turned out to be a quick and easy fix. After that, we took another test drive and made the purchase with a very good feeling. Final conclusion: neat cars for a reasonable price! They really understand customer service here!

Excellent service at Kooistra Auto's in Marum! Friendly staff, fast and professional help. Reliable and honest. No pushy sales pitches. I had a problem during the test drive, which they promptly resolved before delivery. Another issue was also quickly and efficiently resolved. I even received a great loaner car. I'd love to come back!

Update August 12, 2025: the car passed its MOT early. It had zero points on the MOT and therefore passed with flying colors (a different company). 👍 Bought a Sirion Sport here in November 2024. The owner honored agreements, was clear, and honest. The car's remote control wasn't working. He immediately replaced the battery to test it, and it worked! A very pleasant experience.

I picked up my new car (Skoda Rapid) on October 8th. Dennis politely showed me the old timing chain, which they had replaced. It also came with a new MOT and air conditioning service. On the way back, I had some trouble driving, which turned out to be the spark plug wires/coil. They replaced them for me free of charge last weekend. Truly excellent service.
